      Work With VISION

At Vision Engineering Solutions, we see our work as a purpose that brings people together. Our customers are people who come to us with challenges, and the people at Vision respond with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill those requirements. The success and value Vision demonstrates comes from the collective performance and relationships of our team members.

How well we accept, support, communicate with, and care for each other determines our company culture. And how we apply our culture, along with the sum of our individual strengths and efforts in our work determines our success in mission accomplishment, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

As a small business, culture is critical to us, so we’re building our team’s culture based on our Core Values of:  Truth, Love, Diligence, Excellence, and Innovation.

We are careful and deliberate in our hiring process. The fit of your character and personality into our culture is just as important as the fit of your knowledge, skills, and abilities into our professional efforts.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just need to be the right person for the job. Fit should be important to you, too. Bringing your talents to bear in challenging work for a company where you feel isolated, unimportant, or oppressed is not fulfilling. We will be truthful and transparent with you as we get to know each other, and we expect you to be the same.

The environment at Vision is fast paced. We are executing multiple contracts with varying requirements simultaneously while conducting internal research and development. Versatility, flexibility, and collaboration are a must for every team member. The technology is cutting-edge, the requirements are exceptionally challenging, and the deadlines are tight. Yet our team has risen to every occasion and surpassed expectations. We will need your best, most genuine self at all times. If this sounds like the place for you, contact us about our current job openings.
